NRS 534B.130: Penalty.

Any person who willfully violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto or an order of the Division issued pursuant to this chapter is subject to a penalty of not more than $1,000 for each act or violation and for each day that the violation continues.
