CHAPTER 536 - DITCHES, CANALS, FLUMES AND OTHER CONDUITS
ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES AND ENFORCEMENT

Every person who shall willfully and maliciously remove, damage or destroy a ditch or flume lawfully erected for carrying water or draining land shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
