NRS 539.033: Presentation of petition to county commissioners; hearing.

When the petition is presented, and it shall appear that the notice of the presentation of the petition has been given and that the petition has been signed by the requisite number of petitioners as required by this chapter, the board of county commissioners shall hold a hearing on the petition.
