NRS 539.340: Recordation of contracts and resolutions.

Such contracts or certified copies thereof and certified copies of such resolutions shall be recorded in the office of the county recorder in each county in which is situated any of the lands of the districts or any of the reservoir sites or other real property owned by the districts or acquired under the provisions of NRS 539.335 to 539.353, inclusive.
