NRS 539.373: Powers of local board concerning improvements.

The local board may provide for the local undertakings named in NRS 539.363, being authorized for that purpose, insofar as applicable, to exercise the powers and perform the duties granted to or imposed upon the board of directors of the district in connection with its affairs.
