NRS 539.380: Filing of plans and estimates or statement with district secretary; request for election.

The plans and estimates or statement must be filed with the secretary of the district, accompanied by a request of the local board that the question of whether to authorize the proposed special assessment or assessments and the construction of the proposed works be submitted to the electors of the division at a special election or the next district election or primary or general state election.
