NRS 539.397: Validation proceedings.

All the proceedings described in NRS 539.363 to 539.395, inclusive, relating to the local undertakings of a division, including apportionment of benefits for undertakings authorized at a special election, district election or primary or general state election, may be confirmed in court as a part of the confirmation proceedings or upon petition of the board of directors of the division.
