NRS 539.413: Applicability of laws relating to contracts between districts and United States.

The provisions of this chapter relating to cooperation between a district and the United States, including those relating to the distribution and apportionment of water and the apportionment of benefits, shall apply in case of a contract between the United States and a division of a district insofar as applicable.
