NRS 539.490: County treasurer to deliver all money collected to treasurer of district.

The county treasurer or treasurers who are required by this chapter to collect assessments levied by the district are authorized and required to turn over to the treasurer of the district all moneys, including delinquent penalties and interest collected (except costs of publication), and to take receipt therefor.
