Levy and Collection of Ad Valorem Taxes as Additional Security for Payment of Certain Bonds

The failure of any holder of any bonds to proceed as provided in this chapter or in proceedings appertaining thereto does not relieve the district, the board or any of the officers, agents and employees of the district of any liability for failure to perform or carry out any duty, obligation or other commitment.
