CHAPTER 539 - IRRIGATION DISTRICTS
INCLUSION AND EXCLUSION OF LANDS

If the lands are annexed to the district as provided in this chapter, and the board of directors apportions benefits to such annexed lands as provided in this chapter, the provisions of NRS 539.563, 539.565 and 539.567 shall, insofar as applicable, be complied with.
