NRS 539.777: Entry of order dissolving district; further indebtedness prohibited.

CHAPTER 539 - IRRIGATION DISTRICTS
UNLAWFUL ACTS AND PENALTIES

Upon the entry of the order of the court dissolving the district, the same shall be deemed dissolved and no further indebtedness of any kind shall be contracted by the board of directors of the district.
