Participation in Projects for Control of Floods With United States

The Director shall use the money in the Flood Control Account to pay all necessary costs in order to carry out the assurances and to perform the acts provided for in NRS 543.030. Reimbursements to the Account must be in the manner described in NRS 543.060.
