NRS 543.181: “Acquisition” and “acquire” defined.

“Acquisition” includes extension, alteration, reconstruction, repair or other improvement by purchase, construction, installation, reconstruction, condemnation, lease, rent, gift, grant, bequest, devise, contract or other means, or any combination thereof. “Acquire” has a correspondingly extensive meaning.
