DISTRICTS FOR CONTROL OF FLOODS
Organization of Districts

After such initiating ordinance has been adopted by the board of county commissioners, the county clerk shall give notice by publication of the intention of the board of county commissioners to establish such district, which notice shall set forth the name, statement of purposes, general description and time and place of hearing.
