Board of Directors: Powers and Duties

The board shall exercise all rights and powers necessary or incidental to or implied from the specific powers granted in NRS 543.170 to 543.830, inclusive. The specific powers are not a limitation upon any power necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes and intent of NRS 543.170 to 543.830, inclusive.
