NRS 544.040: County financial participation in research; conditions.

In areas where weather modification research is to be carried on, the counties involved may give such financial assistance as the Director and the board of county commissioners shall determine, but such financial assistance shall aggregate for the counties involved an amount not less than 25 percent of the amount paid by the State for such program.
