NRS 544.230: Construction of NRS 544.070

to 544.240, inclusive.Nothing in NRS 544.070 to 544.240, inclusive, shall be construed to impose or accept any liability or responsibility on the part of the State or any state officials or employees for any weather modification and control activities of any private person or group, or to affect in any way any contractual, tortious or other legal rights, duties or liabilities between any private persons or groups.
