NRS 547.020: Formation of agricultural association; name.

Any 20 or more persons who are citizens within any of the agricultural districts constituted in NRS 547.010 may form an association for the improvement of the material industries within such agricultural district, and when so formed the association shall be known and designated by the name of ................................ Agricultural Association, and by such name and style shall have perpetual succession.
