CONSERVATION DISTRICTS
Powers of Districts and Supervisors

In addition to other powers granted in this chapter, a district and the supervisors thereof shall have the power to construct, operate, improve and maintain such facilities and structures as may be necessary or convenient for the performance of any of the operations authorized in this chapter.
