Regulations for Use of Land; Board of Adjustment

A board of county commissioners may appropriate money from the county general fund to a conservation district for the purpose of providing programs for renewable natural resources regardless of whether a fee is imposed pursuant to NRS 548.4052 and 548.4053 or 548.4054, as applicable.
