NRS 551.030: State and regional fairs. [Effective on the date the agreement between the Administrator of the Division of State Lands of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and Washoe County required pursuant to section 11 of chapter 125, Statutes of Nevada 2025, p. 697, takes effect.]

1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 547.110, the Department may operate or authorize the operation of any state fair or regional fair in this State.

2. The Director must determine the venue and frequency of any state fair or regional fair, except that a state fair or regional fair may not be held more frequently than once each calendar year.
