NRS 554.070: Unlawful to import into or transport through State in violation of quarantine.

It shall be unlawful for any railroad, express company or other common carrier, or any person or persons, to import into or transport through the State of Nevada any agricultural commodity in violation of the provisions of NRS 554.020 to 554.080, inclusive, or to make delivery of any such commodity to any person or persons within the limits of this State.
