NRS 561.035: Creation of Department; composition of Department; administration of chapter by Department.

1. The State Department of Agriculture is hereby created, consisting of:

(a) The Division of Administrative Services;

(b) The Division of Animal Industry;

(c) The Division of Food and Nutrition;

(d) The Division of Measurement Standards; and

(e) The Division of Plant Health and Compliance.

2. The administration of the provisions of this chapter is vested in the Department.
