NRS 561.148: Participation in investigation and prosecution of theft or destruction of livestock; inspections.

The Director may participate in the investigation and prosecution of any suspected theft, mutilation or malicious destruction of livestock, and may temporarily stop the movement of livestock and carcasses for the purpose of inspection.
