NRS 561.209: Appointment of Administrator of Division of Animal Industry; unclassified service; duties.

1. The Director shall appoint an Administrator of the Division of Animal Industry. The Administrator is in the unclassified service of the State and serves at the pleasure of the Director.

2. The Administrator shall manage the activities of the Department relating to animal industries, including, without limitation, the administration and enforcement of the provisions of chapters 562, 564 to 573, inclusive, and 576 of NRS.
