NRS 561.218: Appointment of Administrator of Division of Plant Health and Compliance; unclassified service; duties.

1. The Director shall appoint an Administrator of the Division of Plant Health and Compliance. The Administrator is in the unclassified service of the State and serves at the pleasure of the Director.

2. The Administrator shall manage the activities of the Department relating to plant health and compliance, including, without limitation, the administration and enforcement of the provisions of chapters 552, 554, 555 and 587 of NRS.
