NRS 561.265: Publication of general orders, rules and regulations.

All general orders, rules or regulations applying to the State, a county or a district shall be published at least twice in a newspaper having a general circulation in the area affected by the order, rule or regulation. Such publication shall constitute legal notice of the order, rule or regulation, and shall be in accordance with the provisions of NRS 238.010 to 238.080, inclusive.
