NRS 561.315: Costs for examination, diagnosis, analysis or testing of samples by laboratory.

The Director may fix the maximum number of samples that may be examined, diagnosed, analyzed or tested in the Department’s laboratory free of charge for any one natural person, group or corporation in any one period, and may fix reasonable fees for samples submitted in excess of those tested free of charge.
