DONATED COMMODITIES AND SUPPLEMENTAL FOOD PROGRAM

The United States, and the Secretary of Agriculture thereof, must be held free from liability as a result of the transfer of the assets to the Department pursuant to NRS 561.425 to 561.465, inclusive.
