Finances

Upon receipt of the reports from the State Department of Agriculture pursuant to NRS 575.180, the Board shall fix the rate to be levied each year as provided for in NRS 562.170 and shall send notice of it to the State Department of Agriculture on or before the first Monday in May of each year.
