NRS 562.250: General powers of Board concerning sheep industry; powers of and adoption of regulations by State Quarantine Officer concerning diseases of sheep.

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the Board has exclusive control of all matters pertaining to the sheep industry.

2. The State Quarantine Officer has exclusive authority over matters concerning diseases of sheep and may adopt such regulations as are necessary to carry out the State Quarantine Officer’s duties pursuant to this subsection.
