STATE BOARD OF AGRICULTURE
Powers and Duties

All orders, rules or regulations made by the Board must be published at least twice in some newspaper having a general circulation in the State, which publication shall constitute legal notice of the order, rule or regulation made to all owners of sheep and other persons.
