for the immediately preceding calendar year is more than 50 percent of the fees collected by the Commission pursuant to that section for that calendar year.]The State Department of Agriculture shall, within the resources available to it, provide administrative services to the Commission to assist the Commission in carrying out the provisions of NRS 563.250 to 563.380, inclusive.
