NRS 567.020: Creation.

To control predatory animals, property-destroying birds and rodents within the State of Nevada, with money as may be made available to it by contributions from private or public agencies, or otherwise, the State Predatory Animal and Rodent Committee is hereby created within the State Department of Agriculture.
