NRS 567.140: Reports by United States Department of Agriculture regarding disposition of money and results of expenditures.

In the case of any money made available to the United States Department of Agriculture pursuant to the provisions of NRS 567.100 to 567.170, inclusive, the United States Department of Agriculture shall furnish to the Board, as soon as practicable after the succeeding date of June 30 of each year concerned, a detailed statement of its disposition of the money and a report of the results accomplished thereby.
