NRS 571.090: Unlawful importation, transportation or delivery in violation of quarantine.

It is unlawful for any railroad, express company or other common carrier, or any persons, to import into or transport through the State of Nevada any animals in violation of the provisions of NRS 571.045 to 571.110, inclusive, or to make delivery of any such animals to any persons within the limits of this state.
