NRS 571.120: Duties of Department; Director to cooperate with Director of Department of Wildlife.

1. The Department shall do all things necessary for the control and eradication of infectious, contagious or parasitic diseases of animals.

2. The Director shall cooperate with the Director of the Department of Wildlife in a program to prevent the spread of communicable diseases in animals in this State.
