CHAPTER 573 - PUBLIC SALES OF LIVESTOCK

Within 24 hours after a sale of livestock by an operator of a public livestock auction, the operator of the public livestock auction shall pay to the consignor of such livestock the net proceeds of the sale due such consignor.
