CHAPTER 580 - FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS
REGULATORY DUTIES AND ADMINISTRATION

The Department may adopt regulations:

1. Necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter; and

2. To provide for the sanitary protection of water and food supplies.
