NRS 580.350: Food establishment outside jurisdiction of Department.

Food from food establishments outside the jurisdiction of the Department may be sold within the State of Nevada if such food establishments conform to the provisions of this chapter or to substantially equivalent provisions. To determine the extent of compliance with such provisions, the food safety authority may accept reports from responsible authorities in the jurisdictions where such food establishments are located.
