CHAPTER 581 - WEIGHTS AND MEASURES
PACKAGING

If a packaged commodity is advertised in any manner with the retail price stated, a declaration of quantity as required by this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto must appear on the package in such a manner as to be closely and conspicuously associated with the retail price of the packaged commodity.
