CHAPTER 582 - PUBLIC WEIGHMASTERS
CERTIFICATES OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES

A public weighmaster shall keep and preserve a legible copy of each certificate of weights and measures which the public weighmaster issues for the period specified by the State Sealer of Measurement Standards by regulation. The certificates must be available for inspection by an authorized employee of the Division during normal office hours.
