- Formulation and Adoption of Stabilization and Marketing Plan
The Director may formulate any stabilization and marketing plan as prescribed in NRS 584.325 to 584.670, inclusive, and declare the same effective after public hearing and reasonable notice by mail or otherwise to all producers and distributors of record with the Director affected by such plan.
