CHAPTER 586 - NEVADA PESTICIDES ACT
UNLAWFUL ACTS AND PENALTIES

It shall be unlawful for any person to apply:

1. Any restricted-use pesticide for which regulations have been adopted, except as provided in such regulations; and

2. Any neonicotinoid pesticide in violation of the requirements of NRS 586.600.
