SEEDS

The Department is designated as the official seed-certifying agency for the State of Nevada. The Director shall, by rules or regulations, adopt and enforce standards governing the certification of seed as to variety, purity, quality or other matters relating thereto, and shall establish a schedule of fees for that certification.
