All letters, figures or numerals used in designating the brand name or words “no brand” in any advertising medium referred to in NRS 590.160 to 590.330, inclusive, must be of uniform size and must not be less than 6 inches in height or one-third the size of the numerals designating the price, whichever is larger, and the height must not be more than twice the dimension of the width of each letter, or figure or numeral.
