DIAGNOSIS, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF MOBILITY DEVICES

“Original equipment manufacturer” means a person who, in the normal course of business, is engaged in the selling or leasing of equipment manufactured by or on behalf of the person to any other person in this State.
