The provisions of NRS 597.761 to 597.7622, inclusive, do not apply to any physician licensed to practice medicine in this State who uses, or prescribes the use of, a phototherapy device, or to any person who is prescribed the use of a phototherapy device by a physician licensed to practice medicine in this State.
