  3. LIABILITY OF DELIVERY NETWORK COMPANIES

“Delivery network company” means a corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship or other entity that:

1. Operates in this State; and

2. Uses a digital network to connect a customer to a driver to provide delivery services.
